Problem: Chart Size Almost Fits
Stock charts list outside dimension ranges. Landing between two rows is common — especially when casters add height the chart does not show. Ordering down saves money once; reordering after a failed fit costs a season.
Solution: Size Up, Then Adjust Hem
- Measure outside W×D×H at widest points — casters included
- Between rows → pick the next size up; drawcord or strap takes up slack
- Hem should sit below the lowest louver, not above casters
- Still tight at hose ports → custom pattern, not the next stock size
When Stock Will Not Work
- Rear hose panel sticks out past cabinet depth
- Three models in one yard — no single chart row fits all
- Control panel on the face breaks a flat rectangle
