Problem: Cover Arrived "Correct Size" But Won't Fit
Returns usually trace back to how the unit was measured — not the chart. Pad dimensions, inside cabinet depth, and catalog "unit size" labels are all smaller than the outside outline the cover must wrap.
Five Mistakes → Fix
- Measured pad area, not outside cabinet → remeasure widest W×D×H
- Forgot casters (add 3–6") → include floor-to-highest-point height
- Between chart rows and sized down → always size up; drawcord takes slack
- Side-draft cover on down-draft unit (or reverse) → match profile to intake location
- One size for three models → one row per model in your dimension table
Quick Fit Check Before You Call It Done
- Hem sits below lowest louver — not above casters
- No fabric stretched drum-tight over hose ports
- All intake panels sealed with no visible gaps at corners
- Drawcord or strap engaged under frame, not floating at mid-panel
