Submitting Dimensions
Email or quote form: company name, quantity, material preference, and a dimension table per unit model. One row per unique size; attach photos if the shape is non-rectangular. We confirm slack policy (typically +1–2 in. on width and depth) before cutting.

Minimum and Maximum Sizes
We produce from single small window units up to large industrial evaporative coolers exceeding 50 in. per side. Extremely compact or oversized units may require reinforced panels or panelized construction — flagged at quote review.
- Small window units: often 20–30 in. per side — specify frame overlap needs
- Standard residential: 28–42 in. footprints most common
- Commercial / industrial: 45–60+ in. — reinforced stress points included
- No strict minimum quantity on small-batch custom line
Irregular Shapes
Round cylinders, tapered hoods, and offset duct bumps are common on older swamp coolers. We flat-pattern or segment covers with darts, gussets, or zippered access panels so the fabric does not fight the geometry.
- Round: provide diameter at the widest point plus straight-side height
- Offset vents: mark XY position from a consistent corner on your photo
- Split corners for junction boxes — specify side and height from base
- See opening design options for duct and service panel cutouts
