Screen print, heat transfer, or embroidery for contractor and fleet branding.
Current page- Screen print: economical at 50+ units, excellent fade resistance on UV-rated inks
- Heat transfer: full-color logos, ideal for property management branding
- Embroidery: high-end contractor branding on chest-panel placements
Printing Methods
Screen printing suits solid spot colors and larger production runs. Heat transfer handles full-color logos on polyester bases. Embroidery adds premium texture on 600D and canvas covers but is limited by panel thickness and seam placement.

File Requirements
Supply vector art when possible (AI, EPS, PDF with outlined fonts). Minimum 300 DPI raster art at final print size for heat transfer. Specify print width in inches and placement (front panel, top, or wrap band).
- Vector preferred: AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF (outlined)
- Raster: PNG or TIFF, 300 DPI at print dimensions
- Indicate PMS colors for brand matching
- We provide a digital mockup before production on new artwork
Color Options
Match corporate palettes using Pantone references on white, gray, beige, navy, or charcoal cover stock. Dark covers may need an underbase for bright logos. Reflective silver and white tops are popular on rooftop units in hot climates.
- Standard cover colors: gray, beige, navy, charcoal, black, silver
- Custom dye-matched fabric available on volume orders
- Light logos on dark fabric may need white underbase — affects hand-feel slightly
- UV-resistant inks recommended for all outdoor placements
Pricing
Logo pricing depends on print size, color count, method, and quantity. A single-color chest logo on a standard residential cover differs from a full-wrap multi-color industrial panel. Volume tiers start around 25–50 units for meaningful per-unit discounts.
- One-color screen: lowest cost per unit at volume
- Full-color transfer: higher setup, best for complex logos
- Setup fees amortize across reorders using stored screens or digital files
- Request a bundled quote: covers + printing + shipping to your warehouse
