Solution: Method by Quantity
- 25+ identical covers, 1–2 colors → screen print (lowest per-unit cost at volume)
- Mixed sizes or full-color logo → heat transfer
- Submit vector art (AI/EPS/SVG); high-res PNG works if lines are clean
- Setup fee applies once — stored screens/files used on reorders
