Custom Opening Designs for Cooler Covers

Stretched fabric over a hose port, or a flap that won't stay closed in wind? Openings must align with real hardware — send photos and dimensions.

Problem: Cover Fights the Hardware

Without cutouts, crews stretch fabric over hose fittings or leave the hem open to reach the panel. Both fail — stretched fabric tears; open hems let wind under the cover.

Solution: Match Opening to Use Case

  • Hose connection — reinforced grommet or zip panel at port height
  • Control panel — Velcro flap for occasional winter access without removing the cover
  • Fill cap — small zip or snap closure; mark left/right in photos
  • Include tape measure in photos — we place openings from your dimensions, not guesses

Prototype First

First order for a new model: approve one unit before fleet qty. Field-test zippers and flap placement — moving an opening after 40 covers are cut is expensive.
